SCCPSS Inclement Weather Closure: 6th - 8th Grade Parent Letter & Student Remote Learning Activities
Due to the severe cold weather and school closure on Monday, February 2, 2026, Savannah Chatham County Public Schools will shift to remote learning. Students may stay home and learn remotely. Our schedule for the inclement weather learning days and information about the grade-level learning packet activities are attached below. The Inclement Weather Learning half-day begins at 8:00am and ends at 1:00am.

On Wednesday, January 28, 2026 @ 5:00pm we will host our third Parent Night for this school year entitled 8th Grade Promotion & Dual Enrollment Workshop “Let's Get Ready For High School."
On Thursday December 18, 2025, at 6:00pm we will host our Winter Holiday Band Concert entitled, “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” for this school year.
